What is Mystery Shopping?
Mystery shopping is the practice of assessing the performance of your company via anonymous shoppers who evaluate customer service, employee product knowledge, sales ability, employee integrity, and facility appearance.

What is a Mystery Shopper (Anonymous or Secret Shopper)?
A Mystery Shopper is an Independent Contractor who anonymously visits/phones your company, and accurately records their observations/experience. We equip the Shopper with a personalized 'shopping scenario' specific to the nature of your business, and a report/questionnaire to complete at the conclusion of the assignment.

Do you train/certify the Mystery Shoppers?
Absolutely! All of our shoppers must pass our certification training program prior to being accepted as a Mystery Shopper. Furthermore, we train our Shoppers to the specifics of your business to ensure their assignment's are performed effectively, without jeopardizing their identity as a Mystery Shopper.
